Yes. Voicemail-to-email, call transcription, FMC Mobile and the AI Receptionist are all built into the Edison VoIP platform you already use. There’s nothing to rip and replace — we simply enable the features on your account.
It’s a CRM-led solution built into your phone system. It answers calls, creates records and tickets, takes bookings directly in your CRM, and can even send customers a payment link. It’s £10/month plus 12.5p per minute on calls it handles.
Both transcribe your calls automatically. Edison AI (£5/mo) uses our own AI service — nothing else to set up. Bring Your Own AI (£1/mo) lets you connect your existing AI provider at a lower monthly rate.
It’s £10 per month, plus 12.5 pence per minute for the calls it handles. You only pay the per-minute rate when the AI is actually on a call, so costs scale with usage.
