What features are included with VoIP?
Our VoIP system includes auto attendant, call recording, call queuing, video conferencing, and a mobile app — all as standard. No add-on fees for features that should come included.
How much does VoIP cost?
VoIP starts from £10 per extension per month. Hardware (desk phones, headsets) is provided free on contract. No upfront capital expenditure required.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes, we port your existing numbers across so you keep the same number. The process is seamless and handled entirely by us.
What is Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC)?
Fixed-Mobile Convergence means one number works across all your devices — desk phone, mobile, and laptop. You never miss a call whether you’re at your desk, on the road, or working from home.

AI Agents

What are AI agents?
AI agents are purpose-built artificial intelligence tools designed to handle routine business tasks such as answering calls, chasing renewals, booking appointments, and sending WhatsApp messages. They integrate with your existing systems.
How much do AI agents cost?
AI agents start from £10 per agent per month plus 12.5p per minute of usage. No large upfront investment — pay only for what you use.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. AI handles around 80% of routine tasks — the repetitive calls and admin that take up your team’s time. This frees your people to focus on the work that really matters and adds value to your business.
