Do my clients need WhatsApp?

Yes — messages are sent via WhatsApp. If a contact doesn’t have WhatsApp, the message won’t deliver and it’s logged. You’re not charged for failed deliveries.

Is this GDPR compliant?

The platform is built with GDPR in mind: EU data residency, immutable logs, automatic opt-out enforcement. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact individuals in your CRM.

Can clients unsubscribe?

Yes, in three ways: (1) Every first message includes an unsubscribe link, (2) the AI detects opt-out intent in conversation, and (3) the CRM opt-out flag is checked before every message.

What if the AI says something wrong?
